I recently saw a walletopia review on YouTube and I decided the purchase it's the right thing to do.
Now here is my feedback:
1. the communication after purchase - very very low to non-existent. It's true Lejiled sent me the link to follow the package but didn't leave me any impression that it cares for the customer. It was a follow up after I received the package but no word during the process;
2. time delivery - 11 days. I know that on the website is mention 3-20 days depending on destination but still I think it should have taken like 5 days. After all I'm In EU not Australia. I ordered other products in EU and kind of the same time delivery (10 days). So I understand but this doesn't do it right for me. Maybe it would be better to also have a fast delivery option for a higher price of course;
3. the shipping cost - 8,4 euro for Romania even though on the website it's mentioned 5 euro for EU. I know it's also mentioned that is subject to change but for a customer it's just guessing and estimating and nothing for sure. So no good;
4. the product - excellent material and design. I love the no stich (origami) idea and the leather is very thin, soft and looks very good quality. Still I have2 comments:
4a. the design - I would extend (cover) the bottom area of the closing corner. looks like it's more a flaw and disrupts the entire folding symmetry of the wallet;
4b the material - it's a scrath magnet. Yesterday I opened the package adn looked and wore the wallet in my pocket for 30 minutes and there are numerous scratches already. I'm sure it will develop a very nice patina but too many scratches.
That's it. I hope this will be a constructive feedback for you and you'll be making more beautiful things in the future. I didn't mean to project a negative vibe. It's just my honest opinion.
